Install in Chrome
The installation takes less than 15 seconds.
Open WhatsApp Web & Connect
Open WhatsApp Web, click the WAPilot icon in the header, then log in to connect your account.
Open web.whatsapp.com
Click the WAPilot icon in the WhatsApp header
Choose 'Login with WAPilot'
Approve access → the panel is connected
Set Up Your Knowledge Base & Save
Fill in your knowledge base (product info, FAQ, tone), then save. Open a chat and reply suggestions appear automatically.

Check for a New Version
The extension usually auto-updates. But if you want to check or update manually, follow the steps below.
Auto-update via Chrome Web Store — If you installed from the Chrome Web Store, the extension updates automatically when a new version is released. You don't need to do anything.
Automatic update from the panel (one click) — If you installed via Load unpacked: open the WAPilot panel → Settings → Extension Update, click 'Automatic Update', and pick the extension folder once. From then on WAPilot downloads the new version, overwrites the files, and reloads itself — no reinstall needed. Requires desktop Chrome/Edge.
Check the latest version in the extension panel — Open the WAPilot panel → Settings → Extension Update. Click 'Check Update' to see the latest version. The panel also shows an update badge when a new version is available.
Check the version on the download page — The extension download page always shows the latest available version. Compare it with the version in chrome://extensions.
