Yes. WAPilot runs as a Chrome extension on your browser's side. By default messages aren't stored on our servers; only the context you allow is sent to the AI provider through your own API key. If you enable Remote Control/API, commands and their history are processed through our servers and deleted automatically after 1, 3, 7, or 30 days (your choice).
Automatic local backups are stored in your browser. Cloud backup is optional and off by default: if you connect Google Drive, the backup file is stored in a hidden app-specific folder in your own Drive — not on WAPilot servers. Tokens, keys, and licenses are never included in backups.
Yes. Enable Remote Control, then use the REST API or the MCP server (Claude, Cursor, VS Code, n8n). A paste-ready Skill.md for AI agents is also available, plus a Force Kill button in the dashboard to stop Remote Control anytime.
apipedia.id is an API gateway that provides access to various AI models. WAPilot uses your API key so usage is transparent, costs stay under control, and privacy stays in your hands.
Bulk WhatsApp sends one template to many contacts through your own WhatsApp Web session — not a third-party gateway. You can use variables like {nama} and {kode}, then set random send delays so the pattern doesn't look like a bot blast. You can still pause or stop anytime.
Right now WAPilot is only available for WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) through the Chrome browser. A mobile version is not available yet.
Open the WhatsApp AI Setup settings in WAPilot and choose 'Language Style' — options include Short & Concise, formal, and more. You can also create a dedicated Knowledge Base for your tone of voice.
When 'Auto Send' is on, clicking a suggestion sends the message right away. When it's off, the suggestion goes into the chat box so you can check or edit it first.
Yes. Enable Webhook Integration, enter your endpoint URL, and choose the method (POST/GET/PUT/DELETE). You can also use the webhook response as extra knowledge for the AI.
Unlimited. You can create multiple KBs for different products, different personas, or different languages — and enable only the ones currently in use.
Enterprise is a plan for companies that want everything on-premises: the server app, database (SQLite), and AI all run on your own infrastructure (Docker or Node), with a local AI or your own provider. The server is unencrypted and its source code is open so it can be edited to fit your needs. In the extension you sign in through "Login with Enterprise Solution". The license is checked once at activation for the active period. NDA and SLA are agreed to at purchase. Price is Rp 800,000 per month with a minimum 12-month commitment.
Enterprise costs Rp 800,000 per month with a minimum 12-month commitment, paid upfront for the whole commitment: Rp 800,000 × 12 months = Rp 9,600,000 from your wallet balance, with a 12-month active period. Renewals are also a 12-month commitment (Rp 9,600,000) that adds 12 months to the active period. Once the license is activated there is no refund for the remaining months of the commitment; for a license that has never been activated, a refund to your wallet balance can be requested via ticket within 7 days of purchase. The applicable amount is always shown on the License page when you buy.
All license purchases happen in one place: the License page (wapilot.id/app/license). In the first step you choose the Standard plan (runs on the WAPilot cloud, per device per month) or Enterprise (your own server). For Enterprise, you fill in your company name and agree to the NDA & SLA, then pay from your wallet balance. The Enterprise page (installation guide and server downloads) only appears after you have an Enterprise license.
Yes. Contacts, chat cache, logs, and tokens are stored in your company's database, and AI requests go to the provider you specify. The server only connects to wapilot.id once to activate the license (and when renewing), without sending any conversation data.
The Enterprise server stops serving the API (responding 402) and the extension locks features until the license is renewed at wapilot.id. The license code stays the same; after renewing, run the renew command on the server so the new active period is picked up. Your data is not deleted.
WAPilot is free to install. You only pay for AI usage according to your plan at apipedia.id. There are no additional subscription fees from WAPilot.

WAPilot at wapilot.id is not affiliated with any of them.
