By installing, accessing, or using the WAPilot Chrome extension ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes are made constitutes your acceptance.
WAPilot is a Chrome extension that provides an AI assistant for WhatsApp Web. The Service includes: automatic reply suggestions using AI, auto-reply based on user settings, knowledge base management to provide context for the AI, webhook integration for notifications, and a remote control feature for sending messages via API.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, including misuse of the service, illegal use, or repeated violations. You may also stop using the service at any time by removing the extension and requesting deletion of your account.
All WAPilot code, designs, logos, and content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service without our written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that arises will be resolved through deliberation to reach consensus, and if that is not achieved, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
